Dyson & Dyson Sotheby’s International Realty in Las Vegas has added new REALTORS to their lineup, including Gary Fisher, formerly of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas, and Lori Pellman, local high-rise professional. Gary and Lori have both served in the high rise market as sales and marketing directors working with developers for many years. The two will manage their high-rise sales and also continue to grow the Luxry Estate Online network that they will maintain through the brokerage. The Luxury Estate Online network will afford Sotheby’s Las Vegas to expand its listing exposure to the Las Vegas luxury home market.
The network at Dyson & Dyson Sotheby’s Las Vegas will also focus on luxury condos throughout the valley. The high rise market, although soft in 2008, still offers many opportunities for buyers today as resales force prices down to market acceptance.
